· In order to hold an event at Holiday Hill you must have a group with 50 or more adult guests (ages 12 and over). Your group will be sharing Holiday Hill with other groups on the day of your event. A reserved seating area will be set-aside for your group and a large sign provided.
· In order to reserve a date, you must first contact the Holiday Hill sales office to find out which dates are available. You may contact us by phone at 203-272-5358 or by email at mainoffice@holidayhill.com. Once an available date has been selected, you will receive an outing contract. You must have one or two coordinators for your event who will serve as contact people for Holiday Hill with regard to attendance numbers, payments and any other details.
· The outing contract describes the terms of your agreement with Holiday Hill – menus and entertainment features, prices and minimum guaranteed attendance - and must be signed and returned within 15 days – along with your non-refundable reservation deposit of $1,500.00. The reservation deposit will be applied to your final balance due — which must be paid to Holiday Hill the week before your event.
· Your invited guests can also be encouraged to visit our website at www.holidayhill.com for directions and more information about Holiday Hill. You will also be provided with admission tickets for adults (ages 12 and over) and for children (ages 3 to 11) that you will distribute to your guests. Please provide an address for UPS delivery. The Holiday Hill staff will collect the stub of each ticket as your guests enter the resort on the day of your event.
· VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: No one will be allowed in to the resort without a ticket. Also, please let your guests know pets and coolers are not allowed on the premises.
· Please be sure to tell your guests to bring their bathing suits and towels. All other sporting equipment will be supplied by Holiday Hill. Holiday Hill will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.
· Payment for the deposit and the balance of the outing must be made by BANK CHECK, MONEY ORDER or CREDIT CARD (MasterCard, VISA or AMEX).
