I enjoy my job at Holiday Hill because it allows me to interact with guests all day long while being outside on the grounds. It’s a fun way to spend the summer and keeps me active. I can bring my energy to work everyday and work with great people!
Working at Holiday Hill has been a wonderful experience. I got to work in a positive and supportive work environment. My fellow employees and I worked as a team. Our supervisors led and managed the staff and were always approachable. This job has allowed a healthy work-life balance that is very flexible. Each day presents a new challenge and learning opportunity. I have learned various skills needed for the workplace and cross-functional learning to help me succeed in my future career. My position in the kitchen at Holiday Hill has not only allowed me to work in a respectful environment but has exposed me to lasting friendships.
I started working at Holiday Hill in the summer of 2021 and I have returned every summer since. I love my position as an AD, where I get to spend time outside and run events to entertain and engage with guests. This job has helped me develop and improve my collaboration, leadership, customer service, and adaptability skills. I have worked with excellent co-workers and helpful management. The job allows for flexible shifts and new learning opportunities. This is a great place to work, make friends, and have fun!
